Job Summary

This position is responsible for leading the company's compliance program, ensuring that all business activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Program Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance program that addresses all aspects of the company's business, including anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, and antitrust laws.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify and assess compliance risks associated with the company's global operations, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Policy Development and Training: Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures, and provide training to employees on these policies and procedures.
  • Investigations and Reporting: Conduct investigations into suspected or actual compliance violations, and report findings to senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other departments, including Legal, Risk Management, and Internal Audit, to ensure that compliance is integrated into all aspects of the business.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, and a J.D. (doctor of jurisprudence) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in compliance, with a focus on anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, and antitrust laws.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex compliance issues to non-technical stakeholders.
