Job Title: Training and Compliance Instructor

Cintas is seeking a highly skilled Training and Compliance Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our First Aid and Safety department, you will be responsible for facilitating training courses and instruction on OSHA, First Aid, CPR, and other safety topics.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure customer satisfaction and OSHA compliance
  • Sell and schedule training sessions to meet customer needs
  • Upsell safety and first aid products to our training customers
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Familiarity with safety products and requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in training, teaching, or facilitating
  • Business-to-Business, industrial, and/or outside sales experience
