About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our demand generation efforts and drive business growth at Candid Health. As our Head of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to hit company goals, leveraging account-based marketing and top-of-funnel demand generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a world-class marketing team responsible for demand generation, brand marketing, and product marketing.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to hit company goals, largely leveraging account-based marketing and top-of-funnel demand generation.
  • Identify and target high-potential market segments through detailed analysis of the total addressable market.
  • Identify, engage, and convert key accounts that could be transformative to our growth.
  • Measure and report on the performance of different strategies implemented, then use this data to iterate toward higher and higher ROI activities.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of marketing experience with a focus on demand generation at B2B SaaS, enterprise tech, or health tech.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience at a small startup or scaling a high-growth marketing team.
  • Energized by owning lofty, impactful company goals, and are comfortable wearing many hats + learning new things to accomplish them.
  • Clear and concise communicator and analytical thinker. You're as comfortable writing a press release as you are digging into data.

What We Offer

The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $175,000-230,000 USD. Total compensation for this position will also include equity and employee benefits.
