Job Description

Job Summary:

The Junior Chief of Staff will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO's office, ensuring seamless execution of executive communications, operations, and presentations. This role requires a highly organized, flexible, and driven individual with excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with executive communications, including drafting and editing documents, emails, and presentations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to prepare for CEO business and geography reviews.
  • Manage the CEO's leader actions dashboard, tracking progress and providing updates.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, MS Teams, and other document repositories.
  • Support onsite activities and events, including organizational tasks and administrative coverage.
  • Assist with company programs and projects as assigned.
  • Perform ad-hoc strategic projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce and experience with sales and/or customer-facing experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously and with a team, with discretion and humility.
  • Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of HPE strategy, portfolio, and IT industry trends.
  • Flexibility to work on a wide variety of projects across the business.

Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Typically, 3+ years of direct or related work experience.
