About the PositionThe Housing Company invites applications for a Resident Manager position at our Thomas Logan Apartments and Parkway 43 in Garden City. This is a 40-hour per week, onsite role, requiring a strong focus on customer service, maintenance coordination, and team collaboration.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing resident concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining positive relationships with residents and vendors.
  • Oversee the cleaning of vacated units, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
  • Inventory and maintain necessary supplies and materials, optimizing resource allocation and reducing waste.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance problems to the Regional Property Manager, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruptions.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience in property management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Basic math skills, with accuracy in handling finances and performing calculations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and circumstances.

Salary and Benefits:

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including Health, Dental, Retirement, and paid Holidays.
