Apartment Complex Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing resident concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining positive relationships with residents and vendors.
- Oversee the cleaning of vacated units, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
- Inventory and maintain necessary supplies and materials, optimizing resource allocation and reducing waste.
- Monitor and report any maintenance problems to the Regional Property Manager, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruptions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience in property management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Basic math skills, with accuracy in handling finances and performing calculations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and circumstances.
Salary and Benefits:
Our compensation package includes a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including Health, Dental, Retirement, and paid Holidays.
