Job Description

At PCP Elevate, we are seeking a highly skilled Property Marketing and Leasing Director to join our team. As a key member of our multifamily development company, you will be responsible for maximizing occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking within the local community, scheduling appointments, securing rentals, promoting resident retention, marketing efforts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • We are looking for someone to manage all aspects of leasing, including preparing lease paperwork and ensuring a smooth move-in process.
  • You will greet clients, assess their needs, answer questions, and provide tours of the apartments and community.
  • The ideal candidate will process applications, prepare and review lease agreements and renewals.
  • We require someone who can respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries, providing leasing information, making appointments, creating, and following up with maintenance requests.
  • You will assist with completing weekly, monthly, and special reports as assigned by the Leasing Manager or Business Manager.
  • Responsibilities include receiving deposits and rent money, recording appropriately, and maintaining accurate records.
  • We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills to provide positive and friendly customer service to all clients.
  • The successful candidate will conduct all leasing activities at the property, responding to telephone inquiries, providing tours of apartments and amenities, following up with prospects, and coordinating all move-ins.
  • Additionally, you will perform telephone market surveys and physical shops of competitors to stay informed about the market.
  • Weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing assessments and recommendations for marketing strategies will be part of your responsibilities.
  • We require someone who can develop and monitor merchant/neighborhood referral programs for move-in packets, newsletters, and resident retention.
  • Initiating sales outreach plans, including new development, community management, internal and external communication, and support, is also an essential task.
  • You will recommend programs and strategies to increase qualified traffic and closing ratios, maintain passing e-shop, phone shop, and physical shop scores, and adhere to all prospect and resident follow-up procedures.
  • Inspecting apartments with new residents at move-in and completing necessary paperwork is also a requirement.
