  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate insurance products and services.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements

  • Prior insurance sales experience and/or property & casualty and life/health licenses are preferred
  • Sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to effectively relate to customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Property & casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life & health license (must be able to obtain)
