Sales Business Development Center Representative

At Toyota Of Glendale, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Business Development Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for answering incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
- Coordinate schedules of salespeople and sales appointments.
- Follow up with customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads.
- Provide sales management information by completion reports.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
- No experience required, but sales experience preferred.
- 3-6 months of previous professional experience with over-the-phone customer service or sales.
- Automotive experience a plus.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends.
- Must be engaging, inquisitive, and have a non-aggressive attitude.
- Excellent writing and typing skills.
- Must have the drive, passion, and confidence to be successful.
