We are seeking a committed Guest Services Coordinator to enhance our team at Woodcliff Hotel & Spa. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering an outstanding guest experience by managing front office operations and overseeing reservation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front office operations to ensure seamless service delivery and superior guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise reservation processes and room allocations to optimize occupancy rates and revenue generation.
  • Train and mentor front desk personnel to uphold high standards of service and operational efficiency.
  • Design and execute guest service initiatives aimed at improving overall customer experience.
  • Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and effectively to guarantee a positive stay.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one to two years of relevant experience in hotel front desk operations or similar customer service roles.
  • A high school diploma is required, with additional college coursework being advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
  • Ability to manage cash and credit transactions and familiarity with front office software are necessary.
  • This position involves light physical activity, including lifting up to 20 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently, along with the need to move objects as required.
  • Occasional assistance with luggage may necessitate lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work extended hours, with a significant portion spent on your feet, is expected.
