Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Bartender to join our team at New Castle Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests during banquets and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a Crowd Pleaser - Smile, welcome, and engage with our guests, ensuring a positive experience and excellent service.
  • Be a Professional - Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar, serve safely, and handle cash and credit transactions efficiently.
  • Be a Safety & Security Agent - Follow hotel safety and security policies, anticipate potential issues, and report concerns to management as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 3 years of progressive food and beverage/bartending experience, a current alcohol serving certificate, and the ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment. You must also possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to multitask in a high-energy setting.
