We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Records Clerk to join our team at Job Corps. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling entrance physical examinations, tracking client compliance, and compiling data for monthly and quarterly reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule entrance physical examinations within designated time frames
  • Track client compliance and notify staff of failed appointments
  • Compile and distribute medical appointment passes
  • Prepare required reports and distribute accordingly
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year certificate in a clerical related field or equivalent experience
  • Typing skills and knowledge of medical terminology
