Medical Records Analyst

As a Medical Records Analyst at Universal Health Services, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of patient records. Your primary responsibility will be to process discharged records, analyzing and collecting statistical data to support our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble discharged records and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Analyze discharged records to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collect and analyze statistical data on discharge records to inform our healthcare strategies
Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent required
Previous experience in Health Information Management or related field preferred
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
