Reporting Structure:
The Senior Avionics Supervisor will report directly to the Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement the project plan for your area of expertise as outlined by the Project Manager.
2. Oversee the work scope for your area within the project budget established by the Project Manager.
3. Review work cards for your area and ensure the work package accurately reflects the project's status.
4. Ensure crew members accurately bill their time to projects and that all time is accounted for.
5. Assign and schedule tasks to technicians based on their skill sets, as directed by the Project Manager, in accordance with Avmax's policies and procedures.
6. Monitor team members and provide clear instructions, guidance, and technical support.
7. Perform tasks on the aircraft once all other supervisory duties are fulfilled.
8. Complete all partial work documentation to ensure it stands alone without reliance on external notes.
9. Verify daily timecards and ensure crew productivity throughout their shifts.
10. Ensure compliance with Avmax's policies and procedures, including evaluating the quality of work performed by the team.
11. Maintain a safe and clean work environment and ensure that equipment is acceptable and serviceable.
12. Provide on-the-job training and direction to apprentices and technicians, delegating this responsibility as needed.
13. Conduct performance reviews, salary recommendations, and progressive discipline for assigned crew members.

General Duties:
1. Familiarize yourself with all aspects of the Avmax RSQCM and Training Manual, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
2. Collaborate effectively with individuals across the organization.
3. Promote the company's values, vision, and mission.
4. Attend training sessions as directed by management.
5. Implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
1. Proven capability and competency in the field of avionics.
2. Strong oral and written communication skills.
3. Solid foundational knowledge of aircraft systems.
4. Effective leadership skills with the ability to manage personnel.
5. Experience in managing predictive budgets.
6. Demonstrated ability to lead teams.

Physical Requirements:
The physical demands outlined below represent those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the role:
1. Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
2. Bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, climb ladders, stand for extended periods, and work at heights exceeding 10 feet using fall restraint equipment as necessary.
3. Must hold certification under 14 CFR Part 65 for the work being supervised.

Experience:
1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field.
