Position Overview:

This role offers a hybrid work schedule with two days in the office. We are seeking local candidates only.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Chemistry, Finance, Construction, or Design, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • We are looking for a talented individual who can excel in a fast-paced environment and is committed to navigating complex tasks.
  • A technical background relevant to the Service Team is essential.
  • Collaboration with internal teams is crucial, including those managing transformer sales, logistics, project management, proposal development, and installation services.
  • Preparation and delivery of technical scopes for scheduled inspections are part of the responsibilities.
  • Willingness to travel 1-2 times per year to job sites to discuss maintenance activities performed by our Field Service Engineers.
  • Proficiency in various systems such as Salesforce, Excel, and Jira is required.
  • Experience in the automation industry is advantageous.
  • Prior experience with transformers is a plus.

Experience Level:

  • Entry-Level to Mid-Level Professional.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Work in a dynamic and inspiring environment focused on teamwork.
  • Collaborate with creative colleagues to develop tailored quotations and proposals for Power Transformer Services and Installations across the U.S.
  • Engage with multiple units within the organization, including Project Management, Engineering, Logistics, and Field Service, to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Provide technical support and maintain strong relationships with customers globally, requiring a knowledgeable, forward-thinking, solution-oriented, and agile team.
  • As our business expands, we aim to grow our team to meet customer expectations for results and reliability.

Impactful Contributions:

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure optimal service delivery at competitive costs.
  • Read and respond to customer RFQs and RFPs effectively.
  • Determine the necessary manpower and tools for successful Power Transformer installations.
