Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Chemistry, Finance, Construction, or Design, or equivalent experience in a related role.
  • We seek a talented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage increasingly complex tasks.
  • A technical background relevant to the Service Team is essential.
  • Collaboration with internal teams is key, including Sales, Logistics, Project Management, Proposals, and Installation teams.
  • Preparation and delivery of technical scopes for scheduled inspections.
  • Willingness to travel 1-2 times per year to discuss maintenance activities with Field Service Engineers.
  • Proficiency in various systems such as Salesforce, Excel, and Jira is required.
  • Experience in the Automation industry is advantageous.
  • Prior experience with Transformers is a plus.

  • Entry-Level to Mid-Level Professional.

  • Assess risks to deliver optimal service at competitive costs.
  • Review and respond to Customer RFQs and RFPs.
  • Identify the manpower and tools necessary for Power Transformer installations.
