Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and responding to customer Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Identifying the necessary client specifications and tools required for Power Transformer installations.
  • Collaborating with internal teams responsible for sales, logistics, project management, proposal preparation, and installation services.
  • Preparing and presenting the technical scope for scheduled inspections.
  • Occasional travel to job sites may be required to discuss maintenance plans and activities performed by Field Service Engineers.

Candidate Profile:

  • We seek a motivated individual who can excel in a fast-paced environment and tackle complex challenges.
  • A technical background relevant to the Service Team is essential, whether through a degree in engineering, IT, chemistry, finance, construction, or design, or through comparable experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial.
  • Experience in the automation industry is advantageous.
  • Previous exposure to transformers is a plus.
  • A willingness to learn and share knowledge with colleagues is highly valued.
  • An interest in process enhancement is beneficial, as it is a key focus of our daily operations.
  • Strong communication skills are necessary, as collaboration with internal stakeholders, global teams, and clients is integral to the role.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication, along with diligent follow-through, is required.
  • Comfort with various software systems (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, Jira) is expected.
  • A structured, collaborative approach and a positive demeanor are essential.
