Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to provide exceptional technical support and maintain strong relationships with clients globally.
  • Contribute to the growth of our business by ensuring we deliver reliable and effective solutions to meet customer expectations.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of risks to provide the best service at competitive costs.
  • Review and respond to customer Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Assess the necessary manpower and tools required for Power Transformer installations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams responsible for sales, logistics, project management, proposal development, and installation services.
  • Prepare and present technical scopes for upcoming inspections.
  • Occasional travel to job sites may be required to discuss maintenance activities with Field Service Engineers.
  • We are looking for an individual who is ambitious, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • A technical background relevant to the service team is essential, whether through a degree in engineering, IT, chemistry, finance, construction, or design, or through relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical.
  • Experience in the automation industry and familiarity with transformers is advantageous.
  • A willingness to learn and share knowledge with colleagues is highly valued.
  • Interest in process improvement is beneficial, as it is a focus of our daily operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, global teams, and clients.
  • Proficiency in various systems such as Salesforce, Excel, and Jira is expected.
  • A structured, collaborative approach with a positive attitude is essential.
