Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to be the face of our organization. The ideal candidate will provide a warm and professional first impression to clients, visitors, and employees while managing a variety of front desk and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, manage visitor logbooks, and ensure proper security protocols are followed.
  • Scheduling: Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and events for staff and clients.
  • Mail and Deliveries: Sort and distribute incoming mail, process outgoing mail, and manage package deliveries.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform light administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and handling office supplies.
  • Calendar Management: Maintain and update the company's main calendar and conference room bookings.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel schedules for executives and staff when needed.
  • Administrative Support: Assist other administrative or office staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry, and internet research tasks.
  • Security Protocols: Ensure all visitors sign in and adhere to office security procedures.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (printers, fax machines).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
