Position Overview:
The Customer Support Team at Mercury Broadband is dedicated to being the primary point of contact for our clients.
Our technicians are expected to be diligent and attentive, adhering to installation protocols and safety measures as directed by the Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install broadband technology at customer locations
- Configure and connect customer devices to the Mercury Network
- Diagnose and resolve issues with broadband equipment
- Adhere to cabling standards for residential and commercial setups
- Demonstrate basic mechanical and computer skills
- Utilize PC applications for programming and troubleshooting communications devices
- Communicate effectively with customers both verbally and in writing
