Job Summary

As a Program Manager at Oracle, you will play a critical role in delivering our demo vision. You will be responsible for planning, defining business process flows, storyboard and demonstrations as well as supporting, monitoring, and extending our Oracle Retail Omnichannel solutions. Key Responsibilities include ensuring new demo releases are stable, tested, and documented before release to Sales Consultants, maintaining clear and shared documentation for all processes and updates, and participating in customer demonstrations and marketing events to understand usage and proactively suggest improvements.

  • Provide demonstration support to ensure uptime and reliability.
  • Prepare and support marketing events by ensuring the demo environment is stable and ready.
  • Work closely with development teams to rapidly fix issues.
