Key Responsibilities- Pre-Registration and Scheduling: Coordinate patient scheduling, including creating and managing appointments, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments as needed.
- Registration and Check-In: Greet patients, complete registration and check-in processes, and ensure accurate and up-to-date patient information.
- Message and Queue Management: Manage incoming and outgoing messages, respond to patient inquiries, and coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff.
- Medical Records and Referrals: Request, confirm, and validate medical records and referrals, and ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Billing and Payment Processing: Process patient payments, manage billing and insurance information, and ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
