Overview:

POSITION SUMMARY:


The individual in this role is tasked with the safe management of guests' vehicles, ensuring proper parking, security, and handling of keys.


Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests.

- Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the understanding that days off may vary.

- Responsible for the organization and staging of guest vehicles.

- Ensure proper parking of guest vehicles in designated areas.

- Timely retrieval of vehicles as requested.

NON-ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

- Attend training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
(Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year-for-year basis)

- High School diploma or equivalent is required.

The skills and abilities necessary for effective performance in this position are typically acquired through two months of on-the-job training or related experience.


ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
(Licenses, Certifications, Testing, etc.):

- Must obtain and maintain all necessary licenses/certifications as per Federal, State, and relevant regulatory bodies.

- Successful completion of a background check is required.

- Must pass a drug screening.

- Minimum age requirement of twenty-one (21) years.

- Availability to work during holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts.

- A clean driving record within the last 48 months, with no more than 3 points on record.

- Submission of a current driving record is necessary.

- Ability to operate various types of vehicles.

- Must be able to endure moderate to severe weather conditions.

KNOWLEDGE OF:
- Exceptional customer service skills.

ABILITY TO:
- Adapt to varying shifts and schedules as needed.

- Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and guests.

- Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

- Exhibit enthusiasm, excitement, and a professional appearance.

- Operate and manage vehicles of all makes and models, including both automatic and manual transmissions.

- Address stressful situations with guests with dignity and utmost tact.

- Capable of walking or running for 90% of the shift and standing for 10% of the shift.

- Tolerate running, stooping, and bending for extended periods.
