About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vehicle Order Specialist to join our team at Model 1 Commercial Vehicles, Inc. This role is a critical part of our sales process, and the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of vehicle sales and orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and audit vehicle sales for inconsistencies and issues
  • Process deals and purchase requests through the required approval process
  • Create special ordered vehicles in the system of record, ensuring all information is complete and correct
  • Serve as a liaison between sales staff and other departments, including service, parts, DMV, and accounting

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
