Requirements
  • Proven working experience as an HR business partner (5+ years).
  • Excellent people management skills and the ability to manage stakeholders and relationships.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases, specifically UKG.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience in a corporate environment, preferably in the finance industry.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to make sound decisions based on data.
  • High level of integrity and management of confidential information.
  • Strong understanding of the interviewing process, benefits administration, payroll, and other HR functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
