Customer Experience Coordinator

At Creative Va, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring total customer satisfaction on orders not assigned to a Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of customer service coordination from project initiation through invoicing
- Provide pricing quotes to customers, assist with bid pricing, and expediting orders
- On-going communication with clients on order status, updates, delivery, and scheduling of product
- Coordinate scheduling when a Project Manager has not been assigned
- Manage customer invoicing, AIA, and phase billing
- Work with account management in assembling and creating presentations
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of sales coordination support, project coordination support, and/or purchasing experience required; furniture industry experience desirable
- High-school diploma or GED; 4-year college a plus
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong aptitude for technology, Excel proficiency, and ability to research product on the web
- Excellent math skills, communication skills, and ability to effectively handle multiple concurrent tasks and meet deadlines
