Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our staff in ensuring a smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively communicate with customers in English and an additional language.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as communications or business administration
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in English and an additional language, such as Spanish or Mandarin
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

You will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy.
