Director of Landscape Operations

Knox Parks Foundation Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our landscape operations team. As the Director of Landscape Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our landscape operations plan, ensuring that our green spaces are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive landscape operations plan to ensure the maintenance and development of our green spaces.
  • Lead and manage a team of landscape professionals to ensure the successful execution of our landscape operations plan.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our landscape operations align with the overall mission and goals of Knox Parks Foundation Inc.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and community partners.
  • Ensure that all landscape operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in landscape operations, including experience in team leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong business development and customer service skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate landscaping equipment and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management, with the ability to develop and manage budgets for landscape operations.
