Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at TridentCare. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our client facilities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services to our clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to our leadership team.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts, providing regular updates to our leadership team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
