Position Overview

Salary Range: $37,000 - $74,000 / Year

Compensation for Bilingual Licensed Candidates: $17.30/hour plus commission between 3% and 10% (4 positions available)

Compensation for Unlicensed Bilingual Candidates: $16.44/hour (currently no positions available)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle both incoming and outgoing customer communications

  • Participate in specialized marketing initiatives within the agency
  • Exhibit urgency in customer interactions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions
  • Stay informed about all product offerings

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Property & Casualty Insurance license or Personal Lines license
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • High School Diploma or GED
