  • Financial Management: Review financial reports, manage costs, and develop strategies to improve financial performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hotel management experience, preferably in both Rooms and Food and Beverage.
  • Proven leadership qualities, a minimum of 5 years of hands-on management experience.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including sales/marketing plans, security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, and hospitality law.
