Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Guest Relations: Train staff to deliver exceptional guest service, handle guest complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Leadership: Foster a positive work environment, motivate team members, and conduct regular meetings and training sessions.
- Financial Management: Review financial reports, manage costs, and develop strategies to improve financial performance.
- Compliance and Safety: Maintain a proactive approach to issues, perform routine audits, and ensure compliance with company and brand standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hotel management experience, preferably in both Rooms and Food and Beverage.
- Proven leadership qualities, a minimum of 5 years of hands-on management experience.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including sales/marketing plans, security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, and hospitality law.
