About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Branch Coordinator to join our team at Apria. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for patients arriving in person, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Answer inbound calls from customers, providing information, troubleshooting common issues, and escalating queries or concerns when necessary.
  • Process orders efficiently and accurately, working with the branch team and other departments to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Work with sales teams, referrals, and patients to gather documentation and information needed to meet insurance guidelines.
  • Review patient accounts, obtain necessary documentation, and ensure that our patients receive the care they need in a timely manner.
  • Collect credit card payments and reconcile daily receivables, submitting them to the lock box.
  • Perform outbound customer satisfaction calls to patients and referrals, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the service they receive.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of related work experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills and proficiency in multiple systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least two years of experience in an office environment, healthcare setting, or call center.
  • Experience utilizing multi-line phone systems.
Work Environment

This role will be performed in an office setting with moderate noise levels and indoor fluorescent lighting. The physical demands of this role include standing, lifting, pushing, or pulling objects ranging from 10-40 pounds.
