Senior Project Superintendent

North Branch Construction is seeking a highly motivated and professional Senior Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction efforts to ensure projects are completed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule constraints.
  • Provide accurate and timely documentation, including daily reports, timesheets, and quality control data.
  • Effectively plan, direct, and supervise workers engaged in construction activities.
  • Ensure all employees and subcontractors follow OSHA and company safety policies.
  • Conduct weekly tool box talks and promote a culture of continuous production improvement.
  • Manage subcontractors, schedule, and coordinate work between trades.
  • Coordinate assigned work with owners, occupants, inspectors, local authorities, and contractors.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and document findings.
  • Represent North Branch Construction in a positive manner in the community and to clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience in commercial construction, with a focus on complex/high-end institutional, public, and private schools and universities projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience in commercial construction supervision.
  • Commitment to providing and promoting a safe work environment.
  • Ability to manage administrative duties in a timely manner and work independently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, multi-tasking environment and manage a support staff.
  • Proficiency in Blue Beam, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, and CMiC a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 1 hour in a company-supplied vehicle.
