Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to clients, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving client inquiries
  • Assist the financial advisor in developing and implementing client relationships, including identifying opportunities to deepen and broaden client relationships
  • Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment, including coordinating events, planning and executing marketing activities, and maintaining accurate records
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of financial services and markets, including learning about investment products and services
  • Collaborate with the financial advisor and other branch team members to achieve business goals and objectives
