Business Development Specialist

At Glomo, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer-focused sales strategies that drive strong solutions and results for our prospects and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting, networking, and commanding a major presence in your territory by estimating/selling and closing of new business within workplace services line.
- Managing the customer sales cycle ensuring that all aspects of our services are delivered as promised.
- Adhering to established sales techniques with a strong focus on ethical business practices and meet your sales objectives which include achieving revenue and profit goals.
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of workplace solutions and client's issues and needs.
Requirements:
- Four-year degree from an accredited university, preferably with a concentration in marketing, sales and/or business.
- Five to seven years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the moving or furniture industries.
- Previous project management experience preferred.
- Self-motivated and comfortable with autonomous work.
- Exceptional negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding financial and business acumen.
- Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively develop and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and strong attention to detail.
- Adept regarding the use of technology.
- Commitment to highest ethical practices.
