Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a business development strategy for Mobile.
Proactively identify and pursue new commercial landscape opportunities.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in Mobile.
Craft compelling presentations and close contracts.
Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies as needed.
Network and build brand awareness in Mobile.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the landscape industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of the Mobile commercial real estate market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
