Mail Services Specialist Opportunity

At Motion Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Mail Services Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract with potential for extension or conversion to a full-time position. This role will be based in Redmond, WA 98052.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate mail services operations, ensuring timely and efficient processing of mail and packages.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with shipping and receiving procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:
