Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register guests, verify reservations, and process payments.
  • Issue keys, control access to safety deposit boxes, and post miscellaneous charges.
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Answer telephones, respond to messages, and handle mail and faxes.
  • Assist with luggage, provide local information, and offer recommendations.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
