Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the training and development of store personnel to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Provide guidance and support to store staff to ensure accurate and efficient operation of the store.
- Monitor and maintain store appearance, including merchandise displays and store cleanliness.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including operating the cash register and handling customer payments.
- Manage store inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Assist with store promotions and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
