Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, addressing questions and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve client concerns.
  • Arrange technician visits to client locations as necessary.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and service requests.
  • Provide exceptional client service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Stay informed about product details and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to efficiently manage basic troubleshooting tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional and composed phone communication abilities.
  • Experience with dispatch operations is advantageous.
