The ideal candidate will possess a solid medical background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to engage with individuals across various levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily administrative functions to ensure a smooth-running office that serves patients and healthcare providers.
  • Establish and uphold effective office systems for optimal workflow.
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate seamless communication regarding calls, faxes, and tasks.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Certification in Medical Assisting is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is essential.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
