2. Execute assigned duties and responsibilities in alignment with current federal and state regulations, as well as established company policies and procedures.

Qualifications for the Nursing Home Administrator:

Licensure: Must possess a current, unencumbered nursing facility administrator's license in the state of Missouri.

Education: As mandated by state and federal regulations, at minimum a B.S. degree from an accredited institution, preferably with a focus in healthcare administration, and ideally a master's degree.
