Key Responsibilities of the Nursing Home Administrator:
1. Oversee the strategic planning, organization, staffing, direction, and coordination of the facility to guarantee high-quality care for residents. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the facility, residents, staff, and physical environment.
2. Execute assigned duties and responsibilities in alignment with current federal and state regulations, as well as established company policies and procedures.
Qualifications for the Nursing Home Administrator:
Licensure: Must possess a current, unencumbered nursing facility administrator's license in the state of Missouri.
Education: As mandated by state and federal regulations, at minimum a B.S. degree from an accredited institution, preferably with a focus in healthcare administration, and ideally a master's degree.
