Human Resources Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a Human Resources Director. This role will oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in HR leadership, with a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, along with 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. They will also be able to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and develop solutions.
- Analyze HR metrics to optimize processes and improve results.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, disability insurance, employee assistance program, flexible spending account, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
