Job Overview

LSS Holdings, a leading provider of safety solutions, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the effective operation of our human resources functions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. A strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously are essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, staff listings, records, and documentation.
  • Assist employees in completing Open Enrollment and promote employee participation and engagement in the company's wellness program.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Department, including answering phone calls and ensuring proper coverage of the corporate office phone.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail.
