Job Overview

LDG Development offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits program, employees enjoy opportunities for professional growth and development.

This role requires a minimum of five years of experience in human resource management, preferably in a similar industry or sector. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is also essential. SHRM-CP certification is considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruitment and hiring processes, including scheduling interviews and facilitating the selection of qualified candidates;
  • Conduct pre-employment screenings and new hire orientations;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to HR programs, policies, and procedures;
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to develop and implement effective talent management strategies;
  • Provide support for employment-related inquiries and ensure confidentiality in all matters.
