Job Title: Office Admin/Event Coordinator

This is an hourly administrative position at the Irish Restaurant Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including opening the office, processing previous day's sales and paperwork, answering phones, handling event inquiries and responses, creating event orders, taking inventory, and performing human resources paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Opening the office and preparing for the day
  • Finalizing previous day's sales and paperwork
  • Answering phones and handling event inquiries
  • Creating event orders and taking inventory
  • Performing human resources paperwork
Requirements:
  • Good math problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and accounting software
  • Organized and a good communicator
  • Event coordination experience
  • A fun personality and ability to work in a busy environment

This is a morning work opportunity with a flexible schedule. Daily hours may expand with additional hosting duties depending on the candidate's abilities and availability. We are looking for applicants who can work Monday through Thursday and Saturday and Sunday mornings.
