Administrative Assistant Opportunity at GBCC/Oasis Behavioral Health

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at GBCC/Oasis Behavioral Health. As a key member of our intake team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule intakes and manage patient flow
  • Process insurance billing and patient billing
  • Perform general administrative tasks and duties as assigned
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and providers
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask with attention to detail
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of clerical/office work experience
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work with diverse clientele
  • Excellent computer skills, including Google Suite and electronic medical databases
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
