Position Overview
Sheehy Richmond Ford Lincoln is seeking enthusiastic Sales Consultants to contribute to our ongoing growth. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training to develop you into a top-tier sales consultant. Individuals with backgrounds in food service, hospitality, retail, insurance, real estate, or recent graduates from college or military service have found success in automotive sales. Bi-lingual abilities are a plus.

Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Consultant, your duties will include:

  • Assessing each customer's vehicle needs through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Exhibiting extensive knowledge and enthusiasm for our vehicles and accessories.
  • Guiding customers through proven sales processes to successfully close deals.
  • Delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand product features, warranties, and necessary paperwork to foster customer loyalty.
  • Maintaining customer information and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Following up with existing customers to nurture relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Generating new business through targeted personal marketing efforts, including direct mail, networking, and telemarketing.
  • Staying informed about pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with insightful comparisons.

Qualifications
We welcome candidates with sales experience from any industry, as we provide excellent training. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • An energetic and outgoing personality with a strong motivation to succeed.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Authorization to work in the USA.
  • The ability to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
  • A valid driver's license.
