Job Title: Account Manager, Commercial Landscape

Location: Canton, OH

Compensation:

  • Base salary ranging from $70-75k plus 2-5% commission on enhancement Sales

BraveView, Inc. is a reputable Residential and Commercial Landscape company with extensive experience in the market. We provide full service maintenance services to include mowing, irrigation, gardening along with design/build services.

About the Role:

We are seeking an Account Manager who can manage a book of landscape maintenance accounts that consists of high end residential clients along with commercial properties such as corporate HQ's, Office, some HOA's and a mixture of clients that value service and high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Produce and maintain a schedule to perform site audits during formal meetings with customers to ensure quality and service expectations are met.
  • Lead and facilitate or assist in the resolution of customer problems or concerns.
  • Proactively present site enhancement ideas to existing customers.
  • Ability to coordinate designs for flowers and beds
  • Ensure the renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary services.
  • Ensure a safe environment for employees and customers.
  • Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for both new and existing clients as needed.
  • Communicate regularly with the Production Managers to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Manage service delivery to specified scope of work.
  • Maintaining acceptable gross margins for both base contract work and ancillary services.
  • Coordinate consistent and timely site visits.

Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
