Job Title: Guest Relations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Relations Coordinator to join our team at The Wellness Centre. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and introduce guests to our facility and services
  • Assist guests with the purchase of retail products
  • Verify medical insurance and communicate with patients
  • Schedule and confirm appointments according to company protocols
  • Provide thorough and knowledgeable explanations of services and products
  • Excellent telephone service to guests
  • Perform sales transactions, create and manage point of sale data, and maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism
  • Actively maintain a beautiful physical environment in all public areas of the spa and engage in cleaning and re-stocking
  • Understand and follow all policies, procedures, and standards
  • Communicate effectively within the spa
  • Schedule reservations with guests
  • Reconcile and balance all therapists' slips at the close of the shift
  • Reconcile and balance cash drawer at the close of shift

  • Strong appointment scheduling and computer skills
  • Telephone skills
