Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 management presence to support Transit Operations staff.
- Monitor daily activities and evaluate employee performance metrics such as on-time statistics and service interruptions.

Qualifications

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
